Best breakfast on the island ,hands down. Burgers are great too

Some friends and I came here before we left Port Aransas. The food was great, coffee and waters kept full, and the staff are kind and attentive. Support this great place!

Delicious sums it up. Friendly service, clean place and Delicious food. Small restaurant and worth the wait if there's a line. Cash only.

CASH ONLY. Good if your group is four people or less. Otherwise it's gonna be tight. Fairly unwelcoming place. The morning wait staff seemed overwhelmed and understaffed to handle the demand. Had to wait a long time to be seated. The food is THE redeeming quality they have going for them and is what makes this place good and it's why I'd CONSIDER coming back. Enjoy suffering the wait staff's dismissive nature. I wouldn't recommend it to a friend. Put your name down and then go across the street for a Bloody Mary. Maybe in an hour a seat will open up for you and your friends.

Frankies kitchen has been replaced by Coaches island grill. Great hamburgers, Philly steak and cheese, biscuits and gravy. Yum!

While it may not look like much from the outside, the food inside may surprise you. It's reasonably priced and will give you that 'home-cooked' meal that you didn't even know that you wanted.Get the home fries - they're delicious.

Absolutely fantastic breakfast and lunch. Huge portions and definitely great home cooking and wonderful service. Like talking with family.

Very small, limited seating but the staff was friendly, food was very good, and the prices are reasonable. I had 2 eggs, homefries, bacon, biscuit, and a pancake. Eggs were fried perfect, had good flavor - just the right amount of crisp around the edges. The homefries have an interesting, flavorful seasoning. Biscuits appear to be homemade (not from a can), and the pancake was moist and flavorful. Bacon was a little crispier than I personally prefer (I like "flimsy" bacon), but it was not overcooked by any means.

The place had the best bleach of the century! BETTER THAN CLOROX AND TIDE AND OXYCLEAN COMBINED SINCE ITS ORIGINAL AND ONLY COST 10$ FOR A GALLON 10/10!!!

Just didn't like the wait and that its small... but if your looking for great tasting well served food and and don't mind the wait.. This place is perfect breakfast all day!!

Good food in a tiny little place, so expect a long wait.The breakfast taco and the fish taco were both good, and come with fries as well to make up for their high prices - $5 and $8 respectively from what I recall.

The wait was long and the food was greasy! Worst Gravy I've ever had. My husband had the Eggs Benedict & said it was horrible. Wasn't worth the wait. Won't go back. Only thing good I can say is staff is nice.

Awesome breakfast. Everything was hot and fresh. The owner and staff acted like we was family on our first visit.

Great food that was pretty cheap. Everything down to their homemade salsa and sausage were great! Nice folks too. The place is kinda small so you might have to wait. It's worth it, though!

Breakfast is amazing! It's a small place, there is always a wait. Soooo worth the wait! Cash only, waiting list is located on the wall outside front door. Sign your name and wait outside in the beautiful weather.

Waited two hours for pancakes and eggs. Two hours!

I have not eaten here but I did call & they lady I spoke to was very rude. No thanks, not going there.
